We use reliable logistics partners such as DHL, DPD, UPS, and freight carriers for larger pallet shipments. The choice of shipping method depends on the order volume, destination, and your specific requirements.

4. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times:

  • EU countries: 4–8 business days

  • Non-EU countries: 5–14 business days (may vary due to customs clearance)

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

  • Order weight and volume

  • Destination

  • Chosen shipping method

You will receive the exact shipping cost in your invoice or quote before dispatch.

6. Tracking

7. Customs & Import Duties
